BRUCE LEE — THE ART OF MIND AND BODY MASTERY
An Inspiration for Fresh Blood Science
Bruce Lee (1940–1973) was a martial artist, actor, philosopher, and the founder of Jeet Kune Do. He became internationally recognized for his extraordinary physical skills, disciplined training, and innovative approach to martial arts.
Lee believed in continuous learning, adaptability, self-awareness, and the importance of training both the mind and the body. His philosophy encouraged people to question limitations, develop their abilities, and find practical ways to improve themselves.
His famous philosophy of adaptability, often expressed through the metaphor of water, remains an inspiration for people interested in movement, discipline, resilience, and personal growth.
For Fresh Blood Science, Bruce Lee represents the connection between physical conditioning, mental focus, consistent practice, and human potential.

A Psychological Inspiration for Fresh Blood Science
Maxwell Maltz (1899–1975) was an American plastic surgeon and author of Psycho-Cybernetics, published in 1960. Through his medical practice, he became interested in how a person's self-image can influence behavior, confidence, and personal change.
His work explored the relationship between self-perception, goals, habits, and the way people respond to everyday challenges. His ideas became influential in the fields of personal development, motivational psychology, and self-improvement.
For Fresh Blood Science, Maltz represents the importance of understanding the mind, developing constructive habits, and recognizing the role of self-perception in personal growth.

ALBERT SZENT-GYÖRGYI — NOBEL LAUREATE
A Scientific Inspiration for Fresh Blood Science
Albert Szent-Györgyi (1893–1986) was a Hungarian physician and biochemist who received the 1937 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his discoveries related to biological oxidation processes and vitamin C.
His groundbreaking research was closely associated with Szeged, Hungary, where he worked as a professor and conducted important scientific research. His studies of vitamin C, including its extraction from paprika, helped advance our understanding of biochemistry and human biology.
